Next working day delivery for orders placed by 12 mid-day Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for non-mainland postcodes. 


International Delivery

7-14 Working Days


Please note that any customs charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Parcel's returned to us due to non-payment of import taxes and duties will be refunded minus any delivery costs incurred by us. 



In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. For goods purchased in-store please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note (Valid for 6 months).

Items bought via our website may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please use the delivery returns note included in your parcel. 

All items must be returned new and unused with all original labels intact.

We are happy to offer a refund on unsuitable items that are returned within 14 days of delivery. We regret that post and packaging charges cannot be refunded.

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Socks, Tights and Hair Accessories due to hygienic purposes.

We will credit the full amount to the original purchaser's payment card, excluding any shipping costs. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. 

Items returned after the 14 days cancellation period without prior notification will only be accepted at our discretion except in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders and will be offered a gift voucher or store credit, returns must reach us within 28 days of the date order was received.




If any item you purchase is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days. The faulty item will be inspected and where a decision cannot be made in store we will refer the returned item to the manufacturer to assess - please allow up to 28 days. All faulty goods outside of 30 days will be repaired, if not repairable a full or partial store credit will be granted or an exchange, PROVIDED the goods are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
